Order number not found

I've placed an order to upgrade my phone to the iphone 18 pro max. I have now been given 2 order numbers in 2 different formats. One starting with ORD and other not, which none of them work so I cannot track anything. How would I track a new order?

If you get in touch with our mobile guides, they can check the order and get you the tracking details needed for the online order tracker to get updates.

Apparently it's waiting on dispatch but I have to contact you to find out, no updates on email, text or by using one of the order numbers I've been given. Not good is it?
