Yep, I have the exact same problem and it’s been consistent with every AW upgrade. The DPD driver has had to take the order back to EE then return with it at a later date once I’ve received the code to my phone after speaking with 150. It’s infuriating!!

I'm sorry you have had delivery issues previously. If you are unable to receive a PIN, we recommend contacting our customer care team as soon as possible so they can update the contact number and ensure a successful delivery, without the need to reorder.

@BasBleu Use the DPD app with the same email address you use for EE and the PIN code is on there.
