Hi please can anyone guide me i was sold a contract and i dont want it as it is wat to much for me to pay. i have contacted the store to be told that i cannot come in and the contract cant be cancelled. i have not opened the phone or the sim. i am having sleepless night getting myself worked up i dont want this contract or phone. i know i should have said NO instore but this is really going to finish me all i want is to return the iteams unsed back and the contract cancelled. please can someone help me.

@maanz : If you ordered in-store you have no statutory cooling-off period "change-of-mind" right of return.

@maanz , you had the time to read the terms and conditions and how much it would cost you per month , there is no return policy when doing it in store, unlike when doing it online or by phone, so you cannot cancel, sorry..

Not sure how the store was able to sell you a contract without making sure that you were able to pay for this, you could try speaking to customer service, but not sure they will be able to help, as it was done in a high street store.
