18 Pro pre order - online tracker not working

Hi all.

I pre ordered an iPhone 18 pro on the 12th with EE. The upfront has been taken out of my bank and seems to have completed and not just a pre auth. I have also received an XKO number and an email stating "Successful EE Order ref : XKO number.

We are processing your order and will let you know when your items will be dispatched.

Your paperwork will be available through your EE account after despatch. Download the EE App and register. If you are unable to access EE, please call us on 150 to request a copy of your documents.

The day after ordering I checked on the order tracking portal on the website and it was there saying it was processing. However for the last two days the order tracker isn't working for me and my account doesn't show an order?

Is this normal for the pre orders and is my phone definitely going to make it's way to me on release day? I'm currently on holiday so I'm unable to call the support line and also I can't find any way to access the live chat

Without logging in, are you able to view your order updates using your order number and mobile number at TRACK YOUR ORDER | EE?

However two days ago when trying to track I got order confirmed with a green line going to awaiting dispatch which I have a screenshot of

@Calcricksonnn Don’t worry about it. You’ve got confirmation that’s all that’s matters. Nothing is going to happen between now and launch day.

I also received this email and £30 upfront has been deducted? But i cant track it i got xko no as well.

Thanks, we've got your order, we'll begin to work on it straight away. We'll be in touch via SMS if we need any further information, you'll know its from us as it will include the XKO reference number you received when you placed your order.

Thanks for confirming @Calcricksonnn

As you originally saw the order was confirmed and waiting, it means that it will be on track.

Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and cache, or tried a different browser?

I’m having the same issue. Pre ordered Sunday and had the same email as you, but can’t see an order on my account and the tracking number doesn’t work. Moneys been taken out too

Just to be clear you’re trying to track nothing. Nothing has been dispatched for you to track, a XK number means your order was placed and you’ve got confirmation of that order that’s all that can happen until it’s dispatched then you’ll get a tracking number and you can see when it’s out for delivery with a rough time slot.

I have ordered the new iPhone and want to know if i will be getting it on release day or not but the order tracking number isnt working on the ee website but my other number recieved is working on dpd.

It says via text my phone is with the courier but when i log in to dpd it says We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel.

i am confused what is going on as its sending quite mixed messages
