Offered Galaxy Buds 4 Pro with S26U purchase.

When I was taking out my contract and upgrading, the rep on the line offered me Galaxy Buds 4 Pro for £1 (code would be supplied after about a fortnight) with my purchase of my Samsung S26U on contract.

I have today received an email from EE with a discount code for the very same earphones but with a discount code reducing it to £119 instead of the £1 offered.

I've just raised this with customer services on the webchat with the auto bot but I'm limited to what I can do as I'm currently out of the country and outside of the EU.

What do I do now? I must admit I'm a little annoyed about this.
