I bought an iPhone 17 pro max on 09/09, I received the purchase confirmation but they still haven't sent me the tracking code, now I don't know if everything is okay with my purchase or if there was an error, I can't get in touch with support

@Joaopk08 You’ll not get a tracking code until a device has been allocated to you and it’s ready to be dispatched.

Your order has to be checked first.

It's great to hear that you've ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max, I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on it.

As @Chris_B mentioned, you won't get a tracking code until your phone is with our couriers.

If you can tell me the colour and memory size, I can check our stock page and let you know the estimated wait time for your device?
