I placed an order today for a MacBook Neo in blush, it says estimated dispatch in over 28 days. I’m just wondering if there’s any way I can keep updated with the progress and if it’s looking likely to be over a month before I receive my order. I’m just impatient😂

You will get a text or email once the order has been dispatched. Before that, there won't be any updates to give while they wait for stock to arrive.

@emeliznel18 , please make sure that you download the DPD app, as you should get confirmation of the delivery the day before delivery and another one with a one hour window on the day of delivery with a PIN number to show the delivery driver, on the day of the delivery.

The last time I called was around 3 weeks ago, to which I was told there was essentially no point in calling for an update as they don’t have any more information than I do. I have since received an email a week ago informing me my order is delayed, I’m unsure if that is just the system recognising that it has been delayed longer than the estimated dispatch time or if I will now experience even further delay, no further update.
