Failed Voucher code and 150 support

I recieved a 10% off tech code and added to basket.

10% was removed from overall balance but when progressing it was removed. I have called 150 x3 and just tike was promised a call back and did not get one. 2nd time they said tbey dont know where to send me. 3rd time the guy put me on hold after talking about his pet build a bear frog and didn't return and the call disconnected.

Not very happy with this. I have told them I have screenshots of when it was applied correlating with the days I called with the issue and low and behold my voucher is now expired.

How do I get a fix on this ? 150 is not the way as nobody has been able to help and servuce has been atrocious.

Promised call back and put on hold by a comical agent who disconnected the call after talking about his Frog.
