I signed up for a plan and was charged, but I don't see the delivery.

I signed up for a plan and the payment was charged, but I don't see any sign of the delivery. I have the contract in my email, but I don't know how to check on the device.

@elainebezerra You got charged the upfront payment ( as you pay an upfront cost towards the device) that doesn’t mean you’ll get the device the next day. Your application has to be processed and approved and once that’s happened and a device can be allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number you should then get the device the next day.

@elainebezerra , just to add, please make sure that you have the DPD app, as you will receive notification the day before delivery from them and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number which you will need to show to the driver before receiving the device.
