A few days ago, I ordered a mobile phone on the website; I made the first payment, and I received the contract details by email, but I don’t know anything else – when it will arrive, or if it will arrive at all, or what the order number is. What should I expect?

Your order is accepted & you'll receive the phone in a few working days OR it isn't & your upfront payment is refunded within 7-10 days.

Speak to EE CS on 150 and ask for your order number to then use EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

You should download the DPD app as well.
