I preordered the Xbox Series X 25 on the 27th of August.

The amount is still shown as pending on my bank account. But I just want to confirm if the order is still being processed.

I am having the exact same issue. I called the EE customer care line and they referred me to the chat in the app, since there is no confirmation/order number. Issue is there is currently no chat option in the app.

Update. I have checked with my bank and they have give me a confirmation code as well for EE to track and bank the amount, so it can move from pending to paid. Please assist

You'll need to call EE but remember it is bank holiday.
