Can someone help i placed an order and recieved an order number but whenyou enter it , it comes up wrong number, the ipadi ordered at same time arrived but why the delay, i upgraded my mums on three network and it arrived next day.

Please check your junk/spam folder if you've received a follow-up email, either confirming your has been processed and completed or asking you to call in.

If you've not received any follow-up email you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through successfully.

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why and what additional information we need to manually complete it for you. They can then issue you the tracking

I contacted customer services and they said there was a 30 day backlog on the order so I cancelled it she offered another order on which is supposed to arrive with 5 days but don't count on it.

I personally am fed up with EE it's taken me 3 months and five orders to upgrade my phone, I wished I never left O2.

If this order doesn't materize I definitely will go back

Just hope they don't ask me to recommend EE to anyone

Really sorry to hear your upgrade experience hasn't matched expectations or our usual process.

We normally have orders processed straight away and devices sent out as soon as possible, as we know customers will be eager to have their shiny new phones.

I'm glad to hear our guide was able to reprocess it for you. I'm confident you'll receive the device in the stated time, as they would have been able to check our stock table to confirm what is available.
