I have placed a sim on contract but when I go to track order and put my order number in it don’t do nothing

When did you place your order?

Have you received any confirmation? It's also worth checking your Junk or Spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.

SIM orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class and should arrive within 3-5 working days.

If you haven't received any confirmation, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They'll be able to check the status of the order and provide an update.

I ordered it early hours Sunday morning could you check the status for me please

@Mitchell271 This isn’t customer support no one here can check the status of any order. You say you placed it Sunday so yesterday, at best it’ll be posted to you today so expect delivery from Wednesday onwards. There is no tracking available for Royal Mail deliveries. Your order number is exactly that a number that’s automatically placed against any order that are placed.
