Where is my Order

August 7th I upgraded my phone and placed an order for a new device. When I go to track my order it still says 'awaiting dispatch'. There has been zero communication about the whereabouts of my order, when I go to the FAQs page it says that all orders should be dispatched within 48 hours. Please can I recieve some guidance or support around when my order will arrive?

Welcome to the community,

If you could let us know what device, colour and storage size, one of the staff may be able to take a look for you, but cannot access your order or account here in this public forum, but can give you a rough estimate as to when you can expect your device. You can otherwise ring customer service, as they can access your account.

If you have not already done so, I would download the DPD app and register so that you will be informed when and with a one hour window with a PIN number, which you show the delivery driver.
