Refund Not Arrived

Ordered an Oppo A5 on 17th May. Never received and EE told me it was out of stock and would issue a refund on 15th June (after I made multiple phone calls and was fobbed off multiple times). Two months later no refund. No option on Customer Service to enquire about Refunds and it appears ordering number has now been removed from the system.

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our customer support team, who will be able to look into this further and escalate it if needed.
