Hi just wanted somewhere to rant, I ordered a TV through finance, it said 2-3 working days, over a week later the tv arrived. Put it on the wall and turned it on to discover it was damaged, rang and arranged pick up. Took the tv down and had to leave work a second time to be at home for them to pick it up. A week later the refund came through and I went to order the tv again but it had gone from £650 to £800. I rand and was told a voucher would be sent to me by Monday 10th, it's now Wednesday 12th and nothing. I'm now looking elsewhere for the same tv.

I am sorry to hear that your new TV arrived damaged and that you experienced issues when try to place your order.

When did our team advise they had sent the voucher?

Hi Katie, I rang last Wednesday and was told it would be sent to me by Monday this week latest. I think via email but like I said I've received nothing. Thanks

Yeah it's not there either, I will say the staff were great whenever I spoke to them but when I rang for the voucher I got the impression he wasn't happy doing it
