Hi I’ve recently come back to the UK and got a new EE sim I’m trying to get onto the £10 a month EE plan service but can’t seem to click on the link and the 150 number isn’t giving me the right options any help would be appreciated:)

Welcome to the community,

You need to contact customer service guide as it says, they need some more details. Just press option 2 and choose billing, that should get you through a to one of the guides.

Hey there @Jorj12 👋

Based on the screenshot you've sent here, are you trying to switch from pay as you go to pay monthly, or are you unable to activate a pay as you go plan in the first place?

If you're looking to select a pack, you can usually add this by sending a text with ALL PACKS to 150, then select the option you want.
