Order showing as delivered on the same day it was placed

Hi,

I placed an order for an Apple MagSafe Charger this morning, 6 August. The order went through successfully but on my EE account it has already changed from placed to dispatched and now says delivered on the same day, even though nothing has been delivered.

The parcel tracking link also isn’t working, so I’m unable to check the actual delivery status.

Is there currently an issue with EE’s order tracking, and is this likely to correct itself over the next few days?

If the tracking has not updated by tomorrow, then I would recommend reaching out to our electronics team on 0800 079 0062, who should be able to check on the order status and pass along the correct tracking information so you can track it yourself.
