Issue with Ps5 Pro (good as new) stuck in fulfilment.

Hey folks,

My PS5 has been stuck in "order placed" since Sunday. I've been told it's a known issue but I've not been given an ETA on the fix. Can someone provide an update on the issue, please? I don't want to keep calling as I know that's a pain for everyone, I don't feel its being treated as priority.

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, the best option to get an update on your order is by giving us a call.

If you like though, I can take a look at our stocklist and check what the wait time on the console may be?

If the console is in stock but not being fulfilled we my need to cancel your current order, then get it re-ordered for you.

I'd recommend giving us a call and a guide can help you further.

Hi, im in the same boat as you. I ordered on 25th July but still in the same status. I’m unable to get through to anyone to raise a ticket. How do you manage to actually speak to a person? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Hey! You can do 150 if you’re on EE and do the gadget/tech option, or call: 0800 079 0062 with your order No to hand. Noticed they’re showing out of stock online now - not sure if that’s a good or bad thing! Let me know if you get any info 🙂

Guy on phone said there was an issue and it’s being sorted this week. He expected delivery to be confirmed this week aswell. Hope so!

Same issue.... ordered on the 23rd July. Called customer support 5 times. They keep saying they'll look into it and I'll have an answer in 24 hours and then I still hear nothing.

it's becoming beyond ridiculous now. The support has been terrible.

It’s worth pushing on - I received mine yesterday. I agree, been a really frustrating process. An email explaining would have been good!
