Order number received but nothing else

I placed my ordered for the new Samsung flip 8 got an email with order number. Deposit is pending from my banks like for many others. But then nothing, I’ve read up and down the forums. As the tracker thing like for many others doesn’t work. I’ve tried to ring two different numbers, you get automated lines. You go through the process and it basically tells you what the forums do. Not been able to get through to speak to a human being, what should I do ?

Have patience! The phone is on pre order so nothing will update on any tracking or dispatched & they have the stock!

I had the same issue, but I just received the DPD text that they are expecting my order from EE
