Hi,

so I purchased a laptop from the ee store. The description said “Samsung Galaxy BOOK4 15.6 inch C5 24M bundle with Microsoft 365”

the laptop came with it installed but I can only have a free trial or pay. I contacted Samsung and they said this laptop definitely does not come with the 365 subscription, only a 30 day trial or the free web version.

Is this really correct? Doesn’t sound right to me.

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

This is a bundle you have added and are paying for via your EE mobile bill? Try visiting www.ee.co.uk/microsoft whilst on your mobile data and entering the number the bundle has been added to. Microsoft 365 should then show available to activate there.

If it does not show I would recommend giving us a call so our team can check for the subscription part of the bundle on your account.
