You can use your order number when you receive your email here: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

You should also download the DPD app becase you will need a pin for delivery.

My little amount of money has been deducted but i hadnot rwceived any order condirmation mail yet . Could you pls clearify

@Aadesh2 < Have you checked your spam/junk folder? It may have gone there.

As for the upfront payment, it should be pending until the device is dispatched.

We have no way of seeing your account or knowing who you are in this public forum, so any more information or questions about your order, you would have to clarify with EE customer service.

Please follow the community members advice to track your order on our Track Your Order page and check your junk/spam folder if you've received a follow-up email, either confirming your has been processed and completed, or asking you to call in.

If you've not received any follow-up email, or see an error when tracking your order, it may not have been completed. Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order was successful.

Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed.
If the order does not get completed we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.

@Aadesh2 have you not read what we have written, especially what @Ali_A has? Not sure what you expect us to do, but if you need more information or want to find out about your order, may I suggest you speak to customer service, as we have no account access here in the forums and do not know who you are. This is not customer service but a public forum where most of us are customers like you and the staff, who check and write in the threads do not have access to your account either.
