They usually do this after 10 working days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Our care team will not be able to ask your bank to release it any quicker than their standard timescales, as this is set by your bank/card issuer only.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered phone from ee now im not getting any response nor for the refund nor for the phone help me please actually there is nothing showing in my account now and money is lost i dont know where did it go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
