Free Oppo Watch x3

I've purchased a Find X9 Pro which I can claim a free watch from oppo, but the IMEI number I submit to them is not recognised.

I've emailed them with no joy, apparently I'm not the only one that has this issue. Can anyone make any suggestions?

Eligible participants who purchase a new OPPO Find X9 Pro from EE between 2 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive, and who submit a valid claim through Oppo's online claim page, will be eligible to receive an OPPO Watch X3.

Have you allowed the minimum 7 days after purchase before trying the claim form?
If so, try entering the other information first- the IMEI might show as an error at first, but once you fill out your name, email, and upload the receipt on the first screen, the system will auto-verify and let you proceed.

The Find X9 Pro has dual SIM capability which means it has 2 IMEI numbers, you could also try using the other IMEI from the phone.

Hello.

Yes I have tried all of this. We are on day 14 now. It doesn't give me the option to input my name etc first. It asked for an IMEI which just instantly flags is incorrect. I've tried to contact oppo, they initially replied however have now gone quiet. I'm just a bit dubious that I selected this bone not only because I've had a good experience with the X5, but it came with a free gift which is something that I wasn't the market for at the time. If this doesn't go through by the 16th of July as per their terms of conditions then where do we stand. Does EE supply me the watch? Am I still able to claim it from oppo given that it seems to be an error on their side? I'm also conscious now that I'm outside of the 14 day cool down period so I'm unable to return this phone.

Thanks for confirming you've tried those steps.
There are two different claim forms for the same promotion. Can you check that you're using Buy an OPPO Find X9 Pro from EE?

As this is a manufacturer promotion, if your IMEI is still not being accepted you'll need to email Oppo Promotion again with all details so they can take appropriate action.
