    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for a new phone as an upgrade to my current contract. It was dispatched and delivered attempted 24 hours after placing the order. Unfortunately, I was not in at the time and the deliver courier left a note to say that they would try again tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; That was 1 week ago now and there is still no sign of the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To make the situation more inconvenient, my current phone is broken beyond repair and it is proving very difficult to contact EE to see what the hold up/problem is without a phone. I have logged a complaint with no response. I have contacted the courier and they say that the parcel has not been logged with them since the first attempt at delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed to speak to someone over chat online last thursday who assured me that the phone would be delivered in the next 24-48 hours. It is has still not arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can no longer seem to access chat online and have no access to a phone to call them. Just my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do next? Anyone experienced this before and have a work around for getting in touch with ee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2073730"&gt;@sallan86&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to use another device and speak to EE CS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am surprised DPD have not send the parcel back to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
