&lt;P&gt;It's great to hear you have placed an order with us, what was it you ordered?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you place an order online you will receive an acknowledgement email with your order reference number. It then goes through a processing and credit check stage, once your order is fully accepted you will receive correspondence advising on despatch information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I placed an order last night, I paid the £30 upfront cost and have had a confirmation email but nothing since. When I go to track my order it says it was wrong. I’m using an xko number. Can I please have some assistance with this. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
