Hello @AshF13 ,

Welcome to the community,

Once EE have dispatched your order, you will receive notification from DPD the day before delivery up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window for delivery with PIN number, even if you have asked the device to be delivered to a high street store, but if you are concerned, you can ring customer service and press option 2 and speak to someone to find out just to make sure, but unless there were a problem with your order or they needed more information they would contact you.

New customer order

New customer here, I’ve switched from Vodafone and 02 because of poor service and heard only good things from EE.

I’ve paid for a new phone and contract and other than the order confirmation email I’ve heard nothing since. The communication is worse than poor. I don’t want to be sent to the same ‘guides’ every single time. I’ve even tried calling the store my device is to be sent to and they have no idea.

what does it take to actually talk to a human with answers? And as a business providing a service how hard is it to stock your stores?
