&lt;P&gt;When you receive an XKO order number this means EE have received your order, it does not mean your order is 100% accepted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once all the checks have taken place, if there are any issues you will be contacted to get in touch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/track-order" target="_blank"&gt;Track your Order &lt;/A&gt;using your XKO number, if you have ordered a sim card this will be delivered by royal mail and cannot be tracked via that link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the payment showing as pending with your bank?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When a order is placed a payment request is sent to your bank, but the payment wont be taken until the order is processed. Your bank will set the payment aside "Pending" until we take it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If for any reason the order does not get processed the bank will release the "pending" payment back into your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/track-order" target="_blank"&gt;Track your Order&lt;/A&gt;, using your xko number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
