Welcome to the community.

The xko order numbers are just to say that the orders have been received, but you'd not normally hear anything else until the orders have been processed and are being dispatched with DPD.

If you wanted to check the status of the orders, the best option is to give our customer service guides a call, and they can locate the account and order to make sure that it is being processed.

Hello, I have an enquiry regarding my order i made first for an iphone and second for a samsung as i thought it hasn't been processed but them both end up in the same situation by having nothing else apart of the 2 emails of confirmation and that it ..nowhere else can proof that i actually went trough a process and paid upfront for both. The orders number are xko********* and xko*********. Please anyone? I went today in branch and they said that they cannot see what I done online cause is a separate thing.

[Mod edit - removed order numbers]
