&lt;P&gt;When you say that calls to 150 and the 0800 fail and are blocked, are you trying to call that from the mobile or from a different phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are calling from another phone, you can also dial 07953966150 to get through. The team will be able to access your account and see what is happening with the eSIM and with linking your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if you have an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt; nearby, and you are the account holder, you can visit the store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and they can help to get your eSIM activated.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ive re signed back up to EE today after leaving them. ive signed up for the unlimited package and received 2 emails but theres no Esim? ive looked in my account and it won't let me link anything? ive tried ringing 150 but its fails, ive tried ringing the 0800 number, but it says its blocked from my phone. The website keeps coming up blocked? what's going on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
