Hi, generally my experience with EE has been good but for the last few days it has been to opposite.

On 09/05/2025 I tried to place an order of Apple Watch Ultra 3 and it was continuously giving me system error of different natures on the app and website.
I called the helpline and the guide placed an order for me. Went through the paper work and he confirmed that the order has been confirmed and I will get it in 2 days. On 11/05/2026 I called the helpline that I haven’t got the dispatch email or any order number and was amazed to know that without informing me (out of courtesy) automatically a request was placed to get it cancelled. The guide himself had no idea about the cause. He put another order and gave me the order number which until last night was showing that the order is confirmed and I will get a message as soon as it’s dispatched. This morning, once again that order number has stopped to work and the error I am getting now is that it’s a wrong order number. I am pretty sure that in the morning when I will call the helpline they will once again tell me that it has been cancelled and they don’t know why.
I want to give the feedback that, sorry to say, it’s ridiculous to first accept the order and then without any notice cancel it for whatsoever reason. At least do t clear it at the time of placing order if there is an issue. There is no need to give false hope by confirming it and getting all of the paperwork signed just to cancel it without any notice
