Switch 2 expansion code not showing.

Hi we got a Nintendo switch 2 on contract today, the Mario game code was downloaded and works fine but when we have tried to reveal the code for the online expansion pack, it is not scratching off so we can not see the code. Can anyone advise what we can do to get the code another way because we can’t afford to lose that part of the contract agreement. Thankyou

Thanks for coming to our community.

I've never heard of this problem before. We wouldn't have a record of the codes on our side as we get the directly from Nintendo.

If you are unable to scratch off the panel, I'd recommend reaching out to Nintendo directly as they may be able to check this for you.
