I can’t find my order reference number on any of my emails any ideas! It’s taken £30 infront payment but noting h else I done this Wednesday @

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Also download the DPD app as well to track your delivery.

I don’t have EE yet, and I don’t have a tracking number to track the order. I can’t find my order reference number . I’ve only received one email saying my plan details? Nothing else

Welcome to the community.

You'd usually get an order confirmation email after placing the order, which would have the order number on it.

In terms of tracking number, you wouldn't get this until the order has been dispatched and with DPD. This would come through on an email or text, or in the DPD app if you have that.

What have you ordered? If it is a phone, what model, colour and storage size is it? I can then look at the stock to see if there are any delays.
