If you have ordered online or over the phone then no you'll need to wait for delivery.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

The delivery service courier did not give me my phone because I did not tell him the PIN code, I do not have a mobile phone because I lost it, how can I pick up my order now, why did the PIN code not arrive in my email?

@Mykola2 What a store sells is not the same stock an online ordering stock. If you wanted it from a store you should be going to the store to place the order. If you don’t have a working phone or have a phone why did you fill out their order form with a phone number ?

If you can't receive the DPD PIN via phone, if you have access to another handset and register for the DPD app with your address, you can sometimes see it in here.

Just to be sure, was this phone an upgrade on an existing account, or is this a brand new contract?

@Mykola2 Do you have your DPD tracking number so that you can check the one hour time slot and live tracking information? You should also be able to get your PIN and check previous delivery history of the parcel.

If you don't have the tracking number please get in touch and one of our guides can get this information for you.

@Mykola2 I am sorry to see that it has not been delivered today again, I can understand how frustrating that will be. Unfortunately we have no access to your account via these forums, so to look into the delivery issues I can only recommend giving us a call so this can be looked into.
