I rang the help desk on the day before because I was notified that my order had been cancelled.</P> <P>The agent I spoke to told me a new order was placed, and when I checked the order tracker it appeared to be correct, however, on the activation date I received a text and an email requesting the return of my equipment, which was delivered to me in advance of the original activation date, 7th April.</P> <P>The order tracker shows my order as complete, with a potential charge of £85 if the equipment is not returned on time.</P> <P>Order placed: Thu 23 Apr 2026</P> <P>Perhaps a member of staff would care to explain?
