      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had my parcel delivered to discover a different phone, called ee today and they told me DPD must have made an error as the IMEI number for the wrong phone was with sky, im in dire need of a phone and now they’re saying until it’s resolved I cannot get a phone out with them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm disappointed to hear that you've had an issue with the delivery. Our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Support team&lt;/A&gt; should be able to start an investigation with DPD. If the person you spoke with didn't mention doing this, I recommend calling again to discuss it further.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're not happy with how things are progressing down that route, I suggest &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint/complaint-form" target="_blank"&gt;opening a complaint using our online web form&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
