    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed my order on the 10th of March for a new Iphone &amp;amp; sim contract as my current phone has broken. Tracking doesnt seem to work and i have had no updates. People on X keep telling me to call but im unable to as i literally dont have a phone right now as my previous phone is broken. Please how do i find out about my order without calling? Am i literally going to have to drive to my nearest EE shop?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for any help offered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mitch&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed my order on the 10th of March for a new Iphone &amp;amp; sim contract as my current phone has broken. &lt;P&gt;Welcome to the EE Community!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst we can't check orders directly via these forums, I can certainly give an overview on delivery timescales.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should hopefully give us a good idea on if it's a normal back-order delay, or something needs to be checked with the order itself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which model of iPhone did you go for here, including the colour and storage version?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Based on the guidance I can see at my end, at the point you placed your order, we were estimating at least 28 days for delivery on this particular model of the 17 Pro.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Timescales do differ from model to model, but generally most of the 17 and 17 Pro variants have been really popular so there is usually some back-order time to factor in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was this ordered as a brand new contract, or was it an upgrade to an existing one?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was a brand new contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i had known i was going to wait a month i never would have ordered, as i will now be without a phone for a full month!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
