I have had the same issue, I ordered the 256gb Silver iPhone 17 pro max on the 3rd of march and was advised 14 days wait and not heard anything since. My xko code worked for a week then it just pops up with an error message if anyone could help if they ordered around the same time or before if you have your phone yet or still waiting? I have phoned countless times and everyone says the same thing 14 day wait, my order has gone through still even though my xko number now has an error. I ordered to a store near me so I’m going to see them on Monday as that will be 14 days but not hopeful.

I forgot to add I have order confirmation but no tracking number if anyone can help I will be greatly appreciated.

The tracking number will be sent to you when the phone is in stock and ready for delivery. I'm sure there will be an update for you soon, but it sounds like everything is progressing as normal if the team when you called, have checked your order and advised of the timescales.

Our stock currently shows there is orders from 6th February for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, but the estimated dispatch time is coming down, as it shows 7 days for new orders placed, which would usually mean that stock is expected to arrive soon.

When I've looked at the stock now, the expected guidance on 3rd March was 21 days, but with it being 7 days now, it looks like it'll be a little sooner than that.

Once there is stock for your order, you'll get text or email from DPD to let you know about delivery.
