&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are already with EE, and moving to an eSIM, you'd normally be able to download this within the EE app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you login to the app, are you able to download the eSIM or see that your new plan is showing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't, it would need a call to our customer service guides from another phone, even if it belongs to a friend or family member so they can access your account and look into this further for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a eSIM a week ago I have an email to say my order was successful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;ee have cut my old contract off so I have no way of ringing ee and I don’t have a EE shop nearby and I am unable to use another phone to contact them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when I try and put my order reference in to track my order it doesn’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to speak to someone, can anyone help me with how I speak to someone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can chat via WhatsApp but that is it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
