    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I placed an order to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro on March 3. Shortly after, I received an email from EE with an &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;8 digit Order Reference Number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. The email also said that I would receive a phone call within one working day, but I still haven’t received any call.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried logging into my account and using the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Track Order&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; function, but it says that a &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;10–12 digit Order Reference Number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; is required, so I can’t track my order because my number only has 8 digits.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please tell me how I can check the status of my order?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4955256"&gt;@Shin2JPN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for an update. I would ask them for your order number to allow access to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/orders" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;order tracking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would download the DPD app as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
