&lt;P&gt;In order to check the number linked to the delivery for your one time PIN, you would need to give our&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt; customer care team&lt;/A&gt; a call.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They'll also be able to provide you with the tracking number for the DPD portal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just one thing to be aware of too - provided we have the correct contact details for your PIN, if you've not received it for any reason, the driver is usually able to re-send this at the point of delivery.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have the same problem, My DPD tracking shows an attempted delivery, but I never received a PIN code via SMS or email. I cannot access the parcel via DPD chat as it says “item not found”. Please confirm what contact details were passed to DPD and resend the PIN&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
