It's great to hear you have ordered a phone with EE, I can imagine you are eager to receive it.

When you place an order online you will receive an order confirmation email with a order number on it. This email can sometimes go into your spam or junk mail, please take a look in there for it.

You can Track your Order, using your order number.

If you let me know the make and model you ordered, I can take a look at our stock levels to see expected delivery dates.

What happens when you look on the tracker?

Have you received any updates from DPD, they will usually send out a text message with delivery information.

If you haven't already, please download ‎DPD App - App Store and you can see updated information on there.

DPD are great at keeping you updated via text message when they receive your order and when the expected delivery day and time is. If you download the DPD app that I sent earlier, that will also have up to date information about your delivery.

As you placed your order on the 24th, its likely the digital sales team will have processed the order either yesterday or today. If you would like to check on the order, you could Contact our guides, they will be able to give you an update.

The confirmation email is a great indicator that your order has been logged.

As my colleague Ritu mentioned, the device was in stock when you ordered it.

We had an expected dispatch time of 1-3 days for the device.

For specific information about your order, we'd need a guide to get access to your order, so I'd recommend giving us another call.
