&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;getting in touch with our customer support team&lt;/A&gt;. They’ll be able to check the order on your account, make sure everything is correct and arrange a new SIM to be sent out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
