Was the phone you ordered in stock or was there a wait? It may be that there are no updates yet but if you are unsure, let me know what make and model you ordered and I can check the wait times.

It doesn't look like there was a wait time on that particular model as far as I can see so I would have expected you to have had an update by now.

I'd recommend giving our customer service team a call so that they can check your order and give you an update.
