    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know when it’ll be dispatched or if there is a wait on the phone? I ordered it the 15th January and all I have had is an email saying thanks for your order and another saying your order is confirmed with order number. When I go to track it it still says awaiting dispatch with tick next to it and then underneath says good news your order is coming soon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I then got another email on the 16th saying about your order and your order is confirmed and to tap View Updates to track your order but that is all I have received via emails. So I clicked View Updates and this shows? It says order confirmed with a tick and it says awaiting dispatch confirmed with a tick but order dispatched is blank then underneath it says &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Good news, your order is coming soon&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We'll let you know when your new iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Deep Blue is on its way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It certainly does look like your order is progressing from what you've mentioned above.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When it is dispatched you'll get a text or email from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app letting you know when it will be delivered.&lt;/P&gt;
