      <title>Tracking still shows order as not processed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed an order on 01/01/2026. I received a confirmation email and tracking number. The email states 1 day processing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then received a call on 02/01/2026 from EE to ask me if I had in fact placed the order. This was a high value item so a fraud prevention call was expected. The person on the call then said they would process the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My tracking still shows the order as having been placed but has not progressed further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sadly customer service is only available via a call and this is not very convenient.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anyway to find more details on my order without wasting hours on the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you got a tracking number the item has been shipped. &amp;nbsp;You most likely got just an order number as you would when placing an order. &amp;nbsp; You get a tracking number once an item is allocated to you and it’s been dispatched.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
