      <title>How to make a complain/feedback about a delivery?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a PS5 controller for a Christmas present for my nephew and the Sony packaging and the outer carton were beaten to a pulp. Not ideal for him to have to open it that way and one of the joysticks seems to have some drift which i'd imagine is a direct cause unfortunately.&amp;nbsp;This website seems impossible to find a way to talk to a person. Thanks !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is my preferred option, plus it will be hard to send the images of the damage through a phone call. I appreciate your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We don't have an inbound email option for queries linked to electronics orders, but if a member of our team over the phone did require photos as part of an investigation, they would provide you with the relevant email address to send these to.&lt;/P&gt;
