Hi I’m a bit confused , earlier today I checked the progress of my ordered iphone17 pro max and i logged in and it was showing order confirmed and awaiting delivery i tried to check again now i get even log in to track it wont let me . Is the iphone17 pro max silver in Stoke

If you cannot use EE order tracking then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well.

@Alois1 Have you received a tracking number ? When did you order it ? What colour and storage size did you order ?

If tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 or try again later.

Download the DPD app as well because you will need a pin code for the delivery driver.

At the time of your order, the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver is expected dispatch within 21 days.

As @Northerner has mentioned above, please download the DPD app, and once your order is ready, DPD will set a delivery date and timeslot.
