Returned equipment processing time?

I returned my EE router and the Royal Mail tracking says it was delivered and signed for on 18th December but it is not showing up as returned on VOL order details, how long should it take to process through the system to show up as returned? My return window ends on 13th Febuary.

I'm sorry to hear about this delay, and I can understand your concern. It is likely that this is being processed more slowly than normal, due to the Christmas break, but you can give our team a call if you would like, to see if there are any notes about this on your account.
