Hi, I ordered an I phone 17 with yous yesterday the money has been taken and I’ve received an reference number xko number it says I’m expecting a text but the number I put to check out with isn’t working I have updated it to my partners number now on my account but I don’t know if this will change for the order, could you let me know if I’ve got accepted please and if you know if the messages will be going to the phone number provided at checkout rather than the one I updated my account to. Thank you

We don't have system access to check orders via these public forums, but if you get in touch with our team, they'll be able to check this right away.

It's also worth checking your spam / junk folder, as occasionally we'll reach out to customers if we need additional details for their order, and all the contact details you need would be listed there.

thankyou, I have no emails in my spam folder, I’m unable to ring as my phone isn’t working I changed my phone number on my account to my partners would they use that number or the one i put on the order. I can ring off my partners phone after 5 as that’s when he’s back.

You can call us from any phone as long as you have the order reference number, so that should be fine 😊
